The Topolino is a low-speed, on-road vehicle. As it comes today, it's designed for private property and gated communities — places where golf carts are commonly driven. When properly equipped with the Street Legal Conversion Kit (expected availability Fall 2026), it becomes a low-speed vehicle (LSV) that can travel on most roads posted 35 mph or less. It cannot be driven on highways or major roads. LSV rules vary by state and city, so confirm the regulations for your area.
How far can it go on a charge?
Up to 46 miles on a single full charge, per FIAT. Actual range varies with driving conditions, terrain, load, and temperature.
How fast does it go?
The Topolino has a top speed of 19 mph as it comes. Equipped with the Street Legal Conversion Kit (expected Fall 2026), the top speed increases to up to 25 mph.
How do I charge it?
It charges from any standard 120-volt household outlet using the included onboard charger, reaching 100% in about 5 hours. No special charging equipment required.
